Court clerks maintain filed charges and dispositions. Arizona DPS operates the Central State Repository and a subject-review process, while ADCRR and Arizona DPS OffenderWatch cover state custody and registry information. We bring the verified contacts, portal limits, fees, and request steps together while keeping those record types distinct.

An official copy must come from the agency that maintains it, such as the sheriff, the handling court, Arizona DPS, or ADCRR.
